Benefits of Exhibiting and Advertising at NAMLE 2009

Reach the Leaders in the Media Literacy Field
The NAMLE Conference is your opportunity to reach the leading practitioners of media education field in an intimate atmosphere. The conference is held only once every other year, serving up to 500 attendees. These key individuals are the ones most likely to purchase, use and recommend your media and media education products.

Exhibitor Reception
To draw attendees to your exhibit, conference planners have scheduled a one-hour Exhibitor's Reception on Sunday evening in the exhibit, media hub and bookstore area.

Your Name in Lights
Exhibitors' organization names and descriptions will be printed in the Conference Program and posted on the Conference Web site. A PDF of the conference program will also be on the NAMLE Web site so program advertisers will reach an even broader audience including any media literacy educators investigating conference events! In addition, exhibitors' names will be projected onto a large screen onstage prior to the start of each plenary session and keynote speech.

Reaching the Right Audience

Exhibits:  All exhibits will be tabletop displays. Set-up begins 11am Sunday, August 2.  Tear down is noon-2pm Tuesday, August 4.
